For a specific student this platform can provide you their self discovery path – quiz results, courses that they have saved and colleges that they have considered. These insights will be a window into their mind before you engage.

Absolutely. There are various protocols taken internally to ensure data protection and privacy. Please read those carefully here.
We have decided to NEVER data farm from counselor sessions and 1 on 1 sessions as an organization. We keep the sessions (except scheduling) completely confidential and out of our infrastructure.
We understand that students need more engagement and not less. Given the students are paying as a subscription fee and not as a meeting fee, it is recommended that you engage in a specific session with a specific purpose. You should also follow up with well-structured communication through platform messages.
Requests have to be made through the students to meet with the parents. The platform is for students, and only on their consent do you want the parent involvement. Indeed, it is possible to use a few sessions to help interact with parents.
You can collaborate with a team of counselors at MiraMira. Or you can refer a student, with their consent, to another counselor within MiraMira. The student could make the request directly through the app as well.
